• AI automation workflows
• Marketing campaigns
• CRM and lead automation
• Consulting and related digital marketing services

All services are provided on a best-effort basis and in accordance with the agreed scope.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You will use our services for lawful business purposes only

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests required to deliver services
• Ensure that all content, data, and materials you provide comply with applicable laws

Brandpunch is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect client information.

• Fees will be clearly communicated before service delivery
• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed plan or invoice
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

While we use proven strategies and AI technologies, Brandpunch does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to leads, sales, revenue, or rankings. Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

• All tools, processes, strategies, and automation systems developed by Brandpunch remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
• You retain ownership of your original content and data
• You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our systems without written permission

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during the engagement, unless required by law.

We do not share your personal data/information (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, etc.) with any Third-party vendor or company.

We may disclose your information when required by law/Government or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., AI tools, CRMs, messaging services).

Brandpunch is not responsible for:

• Downtime or changes in third-party services
• Data loss caused by third-party platforms
• Policy violations caused by external providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Brandpunch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the last 30 days

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandpunch from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of our services
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Content or data you provide

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Unlawful or abusive activities are detected

You may also terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any active billing commitments.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.

Brandpunch may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Brandpunch provides SMS text messaging services to users who have voluntarily opted in through our website forms or other approved communication channels.

After opting in, users may receive SMS messages including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service-related updates, responses to inquiries, and important account or support communications. Marketing or promotional messages are sent only if the user has opted in separately.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
